Replacement & Returns

 

Customers must inform the Biotropics Malaysia team within 3 calendar days after delivery. Please snap a photo together with its packaging box and email to sales@biotropicsmalaysia.com or whatsapp to us at +6019 212 6774.  Please also mention your order number in the email/whatsapp. This applies ONLY if they are incorrect or damaged: 

Incorrect

The item is not the item that you ordered or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

Damaged

The item is found to be damaged at time of delivery.

All Orders must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for return:

  • The Biotropics Malaysia team must receive the return item no later than 14 calendar days after delivery.
  • Item must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along received with it. All ‚Ä®packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Item must be sealed and unopened. 
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • If the Order is eligible for return as described above, the Customer will be eligible for an exchange or store credit refund in the form of Biopoints.
