Purchase and Payments

  1. How do I browse your store’s products?
    Navigate to our main menu and select “Our Products”. Choose your desired products range.

  2. I found what I like. How do I buy?
    Click “Add to Cart” and you will be directed to the Shopping Cart page. To add more items, navigate back or click on “Our Products”. At any time, you can click on the cart icon at the top right corner to review your items. Once you are done shopping, select proceed to Checkout page to complete purchase.

  3. I have a coupon code. How do I use it?
    Just insert the coupon code in the Shopping Cart or Checkout page.

  4. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all Visa & Master credit/debit cards, Paypal and online banking.

  5. Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?
    Unfortunately, cancellation of orders are not allowed once orders are placed.

Biopoints Store Points System

  1. How do I collect store points?
    First you will need to sign up as a member. After which you will get store points based on purchases or activities you do within our online store. Find out more about Biopoints here.

  2. When can I redeem my points?
    You can redeem it in the Checkout page for any purchase you made.

Returns and Exchange

  1. Can I return the items I purchased and get a full refund?
    Unfortunately return of items are not allowed once shipped to you.

  2. I received wrong items. What should I do?
    Please snap a photo of the wrongly sent items together with its packaging box and email to or whatsapp to us at +6019 212 6774.  Please also mention your order number in the email/whatsapp.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long will it take for my purchases to arrive?
    Please expect between 3-5 working days for delivery within Malaysia and 7-20 days for international locations. We process orders from Monday to Friday (working days) and use GDEX for domestic deliveries and ARAMEX/DHL for international deliveries. 

  2. What are the shipping rates?
    It is Free for deliveries within Malaysia. For international shipments, please refer here for more information.

  3. Where are the goods delivered from?
    All goods are delivered from our logistic partners IStoreISend. 

  4. How do I track my orders?
    Once items are shipped out from our logistics partners, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can start tracking it here at the end of the day because the tracking system may take some time to be updated.
